I want to start by congratulating Deep Sea Cosmetics for there SUPERB customer service.  It is refreshing to deal with a company that actually put the costomer first and mean it.  The service received was very refreshing and it worked because I ordered more products.  My last order I ordered the Luffa exfoliating body wash and the Wave hand and body lotion, I noticed a difference in my skin with my first wash.  The feeling of fresh and clean skin was amazing and then body lotion, the smell is clean and fresh and not overpowering.  When my husband cannot keep his hands off of you because your skin is so soft  and tells you how great you smell you know its a product worth using.  My son has used the exfoliating body wash on his extremely dry skin and after only a few washes the difference is amazing, he almost has the baby soft skin he was born with.  BRAVO for the product and a standing ovation on your customer service.  A product worth the word of mouth I will share with friends and family.

For starters I must say your products are phenomenal.  I have been buying the Deep Sea Costmetics line for quite a few years from the hand and body lotion to the facial products.  Last week I was in a panic as I ran out of the "Eye Gel" and I was noticing the difference right away.   I used to buy these products from a Kiosk (no longer in malls) therefore I contacted the company on line (I've never been confortable ordering products on line) and Lynden made me so comfortable and gave me re-assurance I needed.  The customer service is UNBELIEVABLE.  I have never dealt with a company as good as this one.  No words can express just how much their customer it's #1 for them.  I have since used their "Multi Vital Night Anti Wrinkle Cream" and "Eye Syrum" for the 1st time.  They are both amazing products.  I did notice a difference instantly.  The night cream left my face clean and fresh even throughout the day, as for the eye syrum, my skin is tightening around my eyes and the fine line are not as noticiable.  My face feels fresh all day long.  Another reason I like this line of products its because their products is highly concentrated and it lasts a long time.   I was also impressed when Michelle called to explain how to use each products.  Wow, who does that??? Deep Sea Cosmetics does... I'm telling you I have never dealt with a company like this one.  I almost forgot to mention I am 47 yrs old and alot of people mistake my age.  They think I'm still in my late 30's, so what is that telling you, that's right, I look younger because I'm using good facial products everyday, that's what I tell them.  Thank you  "Deep Sea Cosmetics" ... II am a new customer to the Deep Sea Cosmetic line and I wanted to thank you for these great products.  One of my co-worker (Jacqueline Berube)  introduced me to your Hand & Body Lotion "Wave".  One day she made me try it and it is the best hand and body lotion I have ever used.  It leaves your hands soft and silky and the fragrance is very fresh.  Since then, I have purchased my very own Hand & Body Lotion in the "Wave" and "Deep Blue".  Your eye product line is amazing! It is hard to believe you can feel it working immediately!  I have the eye gel and recently got the new eye serum. I would also like to say that your Customer Service prove to be very professional and prompt.  I am looking forward to many more of your products!

I have been meaning to write for some time but have been very busy with work- In the early part of December 2007 I was at the Rockingham mall in Salem New Hampshire and I had one of the best sales presentations I have ever had. I wanted to let you know of what an outstanding customer satisfying job this woman did with your product. From Previous experience I know what a fine product you have. Well this day in the Mall "Gili" and unfortunately I don't have a last name gave me an excellent presentation and sales pitch. I have not had a chance to go back to the Mall recently so she may not even be any longer employed with you, but if she is I hope that you can reward her with the knowledge of what an excellent job of marketing she gave. In this day and age I come across may people who do not know their product line or don't care less about what the consumer actually wants so I thought it was important for me to write and let you know of the job well done. Thank you for offering a splendid product and Thank you for hiring even if it may have only been for Christmas, a woman who really knows how to market a great product.

I am very impressed with the Christmas gift I received today. I have heard of the benefits of the elements of the dead sea, but never had the chance to try them. until today. My husband Carl got for me the Dead Sea complete nail kit treatment. The young lady at the store in St. Petersburg, FL. was VERY helpful with my husband. She even tried the product on Carl, which he loved!! He is an electrician at a power plant, and his nails are a mess. Not anymore!!I just want to thank you for a product that I WILL use for now on.I wanted to give a testimonial, but I have no idea how to do so. But thank you again for a wonderful product.

I would like to bring to your attention the efforts of your salesperson "Shiran" at the Greeley Mall in Colorado. I'm Jewish and support Israel, but quite frankly I didn't buy the products when I was staying at the Dead Sea in February. Shiran did a wonderful demonstration and she made me feel like I was making an investment in my skin. She was right, my skin did need it. Shiran was an excellent sales person and she believed in her product. I liked that very much. Well, every once in a while something good happens to my health. If Shiran had not stopped me in the Mall I would have just left with a pair of Jeans and skin that still looks like Tommy Lee Jones. I bought over ten products and if my skin looks different my friends will surly notice. Please pass my thanks on down the line.

My name is Anne-Valerie Benoit and I have been using your products for a year now and I have to say they are really good my face glows so much As the SPA is new to us in my country last year it would have been weird to sale those products but this year the market has grown so fast that I think i should take the advantages you give to have my own deep sea store in Haiti. I would like to know the terms and conditions what I should give you etc. Please let me know what to do and what I need and besides I'll be in the states pretty soon so I could come and visit you.

Good afternoon, A few weeks ago, I was given some Deep Sea Cosmetics Canada products (moisturizing cleansing gel, purifying facial mud mask, and the moisturizing cream for oily skin) as a gift. From the first application, I noticed a difference in the texture of my skin and it has continued to improve. I was given a demonstration by your Canadian distributors, Lynden and Marsha Myers, and have since tried several other products. Your products are fantastic and I intend to whole-heartedly recommend them.

Having just been on a holiday in Miami, I happened to visit Bay Side shopping centre. There was a demonstration of your products and I purchased the soap hand and body cream and body scrub. The products are really fantastic, and the psoriasis I had on my knee, which covered the whole kneecap is now 80% better than it was. Thanking you very much.

I purchased over $200 of products from Udi in the Brandon Town Center, in Brandon, FL, this past Sat, 9/16/06. Needless to say, he is a great salesman.... but so far, I am also very pleased with my purchase. I was curious why you don't have any lip products? I have very, very dry lips and have tried everything. Do you have any recommendations or any new products coming out? Some of the items I purchase I gave as gifts and the recipients loved them (the nail kits). Thank you for such great products.

Just wanted to let you know that I am completely satisfied and totally amazed by your Deep Sea Cosmetics Canada! I just purchased the Dead Sea Salts body scrub and the body butter and I just have to say it is the most amazingly wonderful products I've ever tried! I have tried so many scrubs and lotions from both stores and companies like Mary Kay, Melaleuca, Avon, etc in the search for a decent skin care product and there is no other that compares to yours! I really think I should consider selling the products myself since I plan to treat everyone I know to the luxurious treatment the sales lady at the mall treated me to! Thank you so much!

Hi, I just had to tell you that I was approached at Columbiana Center, South Carolina by one of your representatives. I had never heard of your products, but let me tell you in a few quick and easy steps my nails never looked better! I was intrigued by the story of your dead sea and anything from Israel has to be good! My skin is very dry so I wound up buying the salt scrub and body butter. I noticed an improvement to my skin with one application! I've found my skin care and cosmetic line!

Your products are phenomenal! My daughter Angela is one of the people who emailed you this week regarding them. I purchased 7 items at the Pembroke Pines Mall last weekend and insisted that Angela try one of them. She was hooked and since her birthday is coming up, my husband and I decided that we would treat her to a few of them. Little did I know that she would take them to the office and "spread the joy", but I guess that's what people do when they find something good.

I am so impressed with what the salt scrub and body butter have done for my skin, and only after 1 use!!!!! My fiance and I purchased a couple of products from your company and we LOVE it. My fiance works outside and has very dry and cracked hands. We've only used it for a week, and his hands have improved a lot. Finally a product that sticks with you. Thank you.

I bought one of your nail kits with the buffer, lotion, and cuticle oil at the beginning of the summer. Originally I was thinking "I bet the demonstration lady did something special to make my nails glow like that. This is probably a waste of money." WRONG! In my entire twenty-three years, I have never had nails this long and healthy! I could pack boxes and my nails would still be in tact. I am definitely recommending this company to anybody I know. Great job! Not only did the kits make me decide to take care of my nails (just to get my money's worth), but it actually worked. I am totally impressed!

I am crazy about this nail kit I got today at Lincolnwood Town Center in Chicago (Evanston?), Illinois. I usually just stick some Sally Hansen nail polish on my nails and call it a day.
